Organized by a team of 70+ artists and chefs — Yumtendo Cookbook is a limited-run project celebrating our favorite Nintendo franchises through food and art. By placing an order through our store, you understand and acknowledge that:
All listings on our storefront are final sale. Our store's reopening is to clear out remaining stock after fulfilling preorders. All items are in limited quantities and will not be reprinted through this project. Our store will be open until October 14 or while supplies last. All purchases are for non-commercial use only.
When do you expect to ship my order?
Our stock is already in our hands, meaning your order will ship within a few business days after placing your order. Our shipping mod aims to mail packages once or twice a week. You'll be sent an e-mail with tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.
Digital orders will be sent out via e-mail on mailing days for physical orders.
NOTE: Tracking may stop or incorrectly update once the package leaves the USA and touches down in certain countries. Those that do provide door-to-door tracking are listed HERE.
Where are you shipping from?
Yumtendo Cookbook will be shipped from the United States, the state of California.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however, shipping to certain countries may be greatly delayed due to certain suspensions in place. Please check the USPS site for details. If you have any concerns and questions feel free to contact us.
For UK customers: While we are able to ship to your country, under the VAT guidelines you will be able to purchase the Main Course and flat merchandise (such as stickers) only.
How will your project handle taxes and other fees?
The Yumtendo team is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur. This includes custom fees, taxes, and VAT.
You as the customer are solely responsible to pay for these if they are required by your mailing services.
Can I update my shipping address?
No, since orders will be shipping within a few days of placement. Please ensure you provide the correct mailing address when placing your order.
Can I cancel my order/request a refund?
No, all sales are final. Thank you for understanding.
The Yumtendo Cookbook Team will be fully responsible for replacing/refunding:
- Orders that did not arrive due to negligence (e.g. the address on the postal label does not match the address provided by the buyer).
- Missing items from your order.
Yumtendo Cookbook will NOT be responsible for replacing/refunding:
- Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
- Orders shipped to the wrong address if an address change was not requested.
- Damaged items during shipment through the postal service (e.g. packages bent to fit into a mailbox, left in the rain, other mishandlings by the carrier).
